Celebrate your birthday or company occasion at Rataskaevu 6 Art Gallery and spend the evening with art! We are happy to introduce the artwork at the gallery to your guests (additional costs might occur).
Description of our gallery and the environment for your event
Rataskaevu 6 Art Gallery invites you to host your next event in our open and vibrant space located in the historic Tallinn Old Town. Our gallery features colourful walls adorned with colourful art and temporary exhibitions that create a captivating atmosphere. We offer a cosy and inspiring environment, which is perfect for creating unforgettable memories for your guests.
We can accommodate various events ranging from birthdays and company occasions to trainings and workshops, as well as smaller presentation and standing cocktail events. Our gallery can hold up to 50 people with the possibility of setting up the area in a group discussion format or standing networking style.
We aim to create a private and comfortable environment for your event by closing the gallery to the public.

Access to the gallery with a car via Nunne street. Nearest parking at Lai street or Rüütli street (Europark).
Conditions
Rataskaevu 6 Art Gallery appreciates the client’s wish to privacy. Therefore, in hosting your event the gallery will be closed to the public. We can help create a private and cosy environment for your event!

Additional hour for
packdown / set up 25 EUR*
- Minimum number of hours is 3 hours. Every additional hour according to the additional hour rates.
- Price includes a 45 min set up/pack down time before and after the function.
- Should your event technitians/catering a.s.o require more time for set up /pack down, an additional set up / pack down cost will be charged.
- Additional hour rates are calculated by the hour
- Additional food/beverage attendat cost 7 eur/hour will incur for events with more than 20 guests that do not have a food&beverage attendant organised by the client.
- Set up time is for delivery and set up of event equipment, food and drinks. Delivery of items before the start of the set up time only takes place based on previous agreement with the Gallery and when suitable.
- 22% VAT will be added to the prices

Price of catering is not included in the gallery rent fee.
